Bill Packard was the longest running president of Local 2396 for over 10 years. He has enjoyed fishing since he was a kid in Tampa, Florida, stemming from fishing adventures with his father. He, along with Terry Anderson and several others within the local started this tournament to raise funds for Local 2396. |

Terry Anderson has been fishing and hunting his entire life. Terry also runs his own company, Anderson Custom Knives. Terry is currently a Lieutenant with East Naples Fire, and is currently on the committee for the Romp in the Swamp. |

Joe Crato is a Firefighter with ENFD, and a member of Local 2396. Joe has been a lifelong angler. Starting in Miami, then progressing to the West Coast. Joe is somewhere along the line related to Blair Wiggins. He just hasn’t found out how yet. |

Captain Chuck Jenks is a well known guide in Pine Island and Charlotte Harbor. Chuck also is a firefighter with ENFD, and a member of Local 2396. Chuck’s exuberance will rub off on anybody. Chuck will be again be working as the official weigh-master of the 6th annual Romp in the Swamp. |
